2 Important Steps:::Scrolling through books

If your scrolling through a book just to look for a summary, here are two main things to do. I have learned this in my Bible Study group, but you can also put this in action for short novels, novels, poems, etc....:

1. Sometimes an author may want to direct your attention to only a portion of a Bible verse. Look for the story behind the verse, and the story after the verse. This is how most false teachings occur.
2. Do not be discouraged when you first start reading. Soon enough you will get the hang of reading the Bible, and you will soon learn where each book is located.
